Founded in 1997 as a single-practitioner office, the practice grew into a group practice in 2014 and now has 20 licensed therapists across its Vandalia and Centerville offices.

A Program Built for First Responders

As a certified provider for the National Fraternal Order of Police and an approved provider for 16 police and fire departments, they offer confidential counseling for officers, firefighters, EMTs and dispatchers. Support includes EMDR trauma therapy, stress management, crisis intervention, critical incident response, family support, department liaison and flexible scheduling for shift workers.

Counseling for Individuals, Couples and Families

Individual counseling addresses depression, anxiety, trauma and post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), stress, grief and loss, life transitions, career challenges and self-esteem. Couples and family therapy and addiction recovery counseling are also available. Every therapist is a licensed professional clinical counselor, and the team includes licensed independent chemical dependency counselors and licensed independent social workers.
