About Northern Nevada HOPES - 5th Street Clinic
Care from birth through adulthood, Northern Nevada HOPES 5th Street Clinic serves pediatric clients from birth to 18, adults, couples, and families through behavioral health, primary care, medication-assisted treatment (MAT), HIV services, LGBTQ+ health, and maternal support. Services include therapy, psychiatry, intensive outpatient program (IOP), case management, and drug, alcohol, and gambling treatment.
Build Stability Through Treatment
Northern Nevada HOPES uses individual, couple, family, and group therapy to address anxiety, depression, trauma, stress, drug and alcohol use, and gambling. Psychiatric professionals guide medication planning, while MAT may include buprenorphine, naltrexone, disulfiram, acamprosate, and naloxone. IOP provides 9 to 12 hours of weekly care, incorporating therapy, peer support, psychiatry, case management, and substance use counseling.

The 5th Street clinic is the HOPES location for child and adolescent therapy, play therapy, and pediatric psychiatry. LGBTQ+ health services include primary care, sexual health care, HIV prevention, behavioral health counseling, substance use counseling, and support groups. Care teams also connect people to maternal health, nutrition counseling, pharmacy, labs, X-rays, transportation, and telehealth when available.
