Evidence-Based Therapy and Psychiatry
North Carolina Center for Resiliency combines psychotherapy, psychiatric medication management, and evidence-based therapies to develop individualized treatment plans. Clinicians use cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), motivational interviewing, eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR), mindfulness-based practices, art therapy, and somatic approaches, including Somatic Experiencing and Sensorimotor Psychotherapy. Psychiatrists and psychiatric nurse practitioners provide medication management through in-person and telehealth appointments.
Lifestyle & Treatment Consultations
These consultations help clients identify the best fit and program for their mental and physical healthcare needs. They range from 2-hour evaluations to week-long assessments of family or lifestyle dynamics. Clients leave with recommendations to guide their next steps in treatment and daily life. Insurance does not cover this service.
