About Mission Connection
Mission Connection fits outpatient care seamlessly into daily life, drawing on the power of connection and community to build tools for lasting healing. The model delivers results: 91% of clients say they would recommend the program, per the company's 2025 outcomes data. That standard shapes the Seattle center, treating adults for anxiety, depression, trauma, and bipolar disorder through intensive outpatient and partial hospitalization programming.
Access Flexible Outpatient Care Options
Intensive outpatient and partial hospitalization tracks meet several days a week in private therapy rooms and group spaces near Capitol Hill, Ballard, and Queen Anne. Sessions combine individual counseling, group therapy, and family counseling, while telehealth extends the same licensed care to clients who need a virtual option. Ample parking and easy access to public transit keep the daily commute simple for clients balancing work, school, or caregiving duties.
Understand Conditions and Build Skills
Dialectical behavior therapy, and trauma-focused cognitive behavioral therapy to address the thought patterns behind anxiety, depression, and trauma. Cognitive processing therapy (CPT) further supports clients working through post-traumatic stress, helping them reframe negative thoughts and beliefs stemming from traumatic experience. Yoga, guided meditation, and body-scan exercises round out the clinical work, and psychoeducation helps clients understand their diagnosis in practical terms.
Move Between Levels as Needed
Care often starts at the partial hospitalization or intensive outpatient level and steps down as symptoms ease, with PHP and IOP programs typically running 4 to 12 weeks. Clinicians check in on progress regularly, moving clients into standard outpatient therapy once that higher level of support is no longer needed. Individual sessions continue for as long as a client finds them helpful, on their own timeline.
