Mission Connection uses evidence-based therapies that target specific mental health symptoms and daily challenges. Clinicians provide cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), cognitive processing therapy (CPT), trauma-focused therapy, exposure therapy, and transcranial magnetic stimulation (TMS) for treatment-resistant depression. Clients attend 1-on-1 counseling, group sessions, psychoeducation, and family therapy that teach coping skills, emotional regulation, communication, and symptom management.
Flexible Scheduling and Care Options
Offers both virtual and in-person outpatient treatment, giving clients more flexibility in how they receive care. Telehealth sessions allow clients to attend therapy from home, while on-site programs provide more structured support several days each week. The clinical team adjusts treatment schedules and services based on each client’s current needs, progress, and recovery goals.
