Meridian Behavioral Health New Beginnings is an outpatient treatment program for adults facing substance use and co-occurring disorders, providing a full continuum of care. Their holistic, patient-centered approach focuses on integrating the mind, body, and spirit of each individual, empowering them on their journey to lasting recovery. As a CARF-accredited program, they are committed to maintaining the highest standards of care.
Accessible and Personalized Care
New Beginnings’ tailored care plans include group and individual therapy, skill-building workshops, and educational films and lectures. The intensive outpatient program (IOP) provides sessions on Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday from 9 AM to noon, as well as evenings from 5 PM to 8 PM, Monday through Thursday. Their care team includes licensed alcohol and drug counselors who are trained to guide individuals on their journey to recovery. Clients can also schedule appointments for substance use assessments to aid in diagnosis and receive personalized treatment recommendations. The Elk River facility is a 40-minute drive from downtown Minneapolis, providing a serene environment for healing while remaining accessible to those seeking treatment. The center is located on a small lake and is less than a 5-minute walk from a nearby park and recreational area.
