Merakey Via Vera Cruz

Dedicated to helping people strengthen abilities and regain emotional stability, Merakey Via Vera Cruz is a developmental and behavioral health services center for individuals with intellectual or developmental disabilities and adults experiencing mental health concerns. They address communication needs, behavioral challenges, emotional symptoms, employment barriers, and difficulties affecting daily routines through person-centered care focused on recovery, practical skills, and greater independence.

Link Care with Opportunity

They provide behavior planning, employment support, community habilitation, in-home assistance, life-skills development, therapy, psychiatric evaluation, medication management, and case coordination. They also address physical health, relationships, personal safety, and community participation. For adults with both developmental and psychiatric needs, they coordinate care that helps strengthen routines, improve emotional wellbeing, and support progress toward meaningful personal goals.
