Merakey Rial Lane

Helping young people strengthen emotional health, communication, and future readiness, Merakey Rial Lane is a child, family, and autism services center for children, adolescents, young adults, and families. They address behavioral concerns, emotional difficulties, autism, communication barriers, family conflict, and social-development needs through outpatient therapy, psychiatric care, applied behavioral analysis, and family-centered services.

Their youth services include therapy, psychiatry, family-based treatment, crisis guidance, and school or community care. Autism services add applied behavioral analysis (ABA), specialized therapies, communication and social-skills development, transition planning, and independence coaching. Together, these services help young people strengthen coping skills, relationships, practical abilities, and readiness for greater independence.

Located along Rial Lane, this center is part of Merakey, a nonprofit dedicated to helping people, families, and communities. Merakey began in Philadelphia in 1969 as The Northwest Center, later became NHS Human Services, and has grown into a multi-state provider serving 12 states across behavioral health, autism, addiction recovery, intellectual and developmental disability, education, foster care, aging, and veteran services. At this location, they help young people build communication, confidence, resilience, and fuller participation in everyday life.
