Merakey Mundy Street

Coordinating care for complex mental health and developmental needs, Merakey Mundy Street is a behavioral health and developmental services center for adults with serious mental illness, intellectual or developmental disabilities, and dual diagnoses. They address psychiatric symptoms, communication barriers, physical healthcare needs, housing challenges, crises, and daily-living needs through their Dual Diagnosis Treatment Team (DDTT) and related behavioral and developmental services.

Merakey began in Philadelphia in 1969 as The Northwest Center, later became NHS Human Services, and has grown into a multi-state provider serving 12 states across behavioral health, autism, addiction recovery, intellectual and developmental disability, education, foster care, aging, and veteran services.
