Restoring emotional health and helping adults regain control of daily life, Merakey Colonial Drive is an outpatient behavioral health center for people experiencing depression, anxiety, trauma-related concerns, addiction, serious mental illness, and other psychiatric conditions. They address symptoms affecting relationships, work, housing, physical wellbeing, and independence through personalized, recovery-oriented care that connects clinical treatment with practical goals for stability.

They provide outpatient therapy, psychiatric evaluation, medication management, case coordination, peer support, and life-skills development. Their CARF-accredited Assertive Community Treatment (ACT) team provides coordinated care for adults with serious mental illness. They also connect clients with healthcare, housing, transportation, benefits, and employment resources, helping them manage symptoms, strengthen coping skills, and carry recovery into everyday routines and responsibilities.

Located along Colonial Drive, this center is part of Merakey, a nonprofit dedicated to helping people, families, and communities. Merakey began in Philadelphia in 1969 as The Northwest Center, later became NHS Human Services, and has grown into a multi-state provider serving 12 states across behavioral health, autism, addiction recovery, intellectual and developmental disability, education, foster care, aging, and veteran services. At this location, they carry that mission forward through respectful, person-centered treatment that supports dignity, confidence, and lasting recovery in daily life.
