Standing for honor, empowerment, authenticity, resilience, and transformation, Lionheart Wellness and Recovery serves teens, ages 12-17, and adults with addiction and co-occurring disorders, offering care in person or through Lionheart Connect, a fully remote program providing the same treatment for substance use disorders (SUD) of alcohol, drugs, opioids, stimulants, and marijuana, and co-occurring conditions including anxiety, depression, and trauma. The center loans tablets to clients without reliable devices during treatment.

Pathways to Healing and Recovery

Levels of care within the center are outpatient, day treatment (PHP), and their intensive outpatient program (IOP), which may include housing support. The center provides individual, group, and family therapy, emphasizing family involvement for teen clients. The center uses evidence-based methods such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), motivational interviewing (MI), psychoeducation, and relapse prevention. There is also a virtual family group open to family members and concerned persons.

A Home Base for Healing

The state-funded IOP with Lodging program supports clients facing housing instability, homelessness, unsafe living environments, or transportation barriers. The sober living residence offers private or semi-private rooms, utilities, and internet access. Food is provided, with clients preparing their own meals, and transportation support is included. The program is designed to reduce barriers and create a stable foundation for recovery.
