About Kairos - Coastline Services Outpatient Clinic
Located in Coos County near U.S. Route 101, Kairos Coastline Services offers outpatient mental health treatment for youth enrolled in the Oregon Health Plan. They support children and teens experiencing behavioral or emotional challenges, including those involved with multiple child-serving systems. Services are family-centered and flexible, offered in-office, at home, in schools, or through telehealth.
Healing Begins with Skills, Support, and Connection
Kairos uses trauma-informed, strengths-based care tailored to each youth and family. Their services include skills coaching, peer support, and family support. Staff use evidence-based practices to teach emotional regulation, improve communication, and strengthen family bonds. With a focus on collaboration, each youth receives a care plan built around their goals, values, and natural supports.
Stabilizing Families Through Wraparound Care
Kairos also partners with the Oregon Department of Human Services to deliver short-term in-home services aimed at family reunification and safety. Programs like Wraparound, In Home Safety & Reunification (ISRS), and Strengthening Preserving & Reunifying Families (SPRF) provide safety planning, parenting education, stress management, and housing support. These programs help stabilize families, build lasting skills, and prevent youth from entering or staying in substitute care.
