About Junction Brain Health - Grand Junction
Serving Colorado’s Western Slope, Junction Brain Health - Grand Junction is an outpatient care center for adults who have found limited relief through medication or talk therapy. The clinic addresses depression, anxiety, and post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), including care relevant to veterans experiencing depression or PTSD symptoms. It serves Grand Junction and nearby communities, including Fruita, Clifton, Palisade, and Montrose. Hours are Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., with weekends closed.
Coordinated Treatment Options
The clinic offers transcranial magnetic stimulation (TMS), Spravato, an esketamine nasal spray for treatment-resistant depression, and psychiatric medication management. Spravato may also be used with an oral antidepressant for major depression involving suicidal ideation or suicidal behavior. TMS uses CloudNeuro technology and does not require anesthesia, while Spravato is administered under clinical supervision. Psychiatric evaluation and medication management are led by a psychiatrist with more than 30 years of experience in complex mood disorders. Clinicians create individualized plans and monitor progress throughout outpatient care.
Junction Brain Health, formerly TMS Solutions, is a veteran-founded, multi-site brain health practice established in 2014. The Grand Junction clinic is part of its broader network specializing in TMS, Spravato, medication management, and coordinated care for persistent symptoms.
