Located in McCracken County, JourneyPure’s Paducah clinic offers a 6-8 week intensive outpatient program (IOP) and medication-assisted treatment (MAT) using alcohol and opioid-specific medications. Their MAT program typically lasts around 6 months, with clinical staff supporting clients through a gradual, medically supervised taper when appropriate.
Experience Supportive and Transformative Care
With counselors who are in recovery themselves, JourneyPure offers a nonjudgemental space to focus on healing from substance use disorders while addressing underlying challenges. Their IOP is 10 hours of treatment per week, ideal for individuals living at home or in sober living, stepping down from inpatient treatment, newly recognizing a substance use concern, or returning to treatment after relapse. Services include access to a treatment app for progress tracking, life coaching, medication evaluations, as well as individual therapy and group therapy.
