About Integrity House Secaucus
Integrity House's Secaucus campus offers the widest range of care of the organization's Hudson County locations, spanning outpatient services, residential treatment, and sober living. Since 1968 the nonprofit has used a therapeutic community model that treats substance use and mental health conditions as connected, not separate, problems.
Residential and Sober Living Alongside Outpatient Care
The Meadow Program provides residential treatment for adults with substance use and co-occurring disorders, and a low intensity residential option functions as a halfway house for people stepping down from more intensive care. Day treatment, standard outpatient sessions, and medication assisted treatment with buprenorphine, naltrexone, and nicotine replacement are also based on this campus.
Walk-In Evaluations Open Most Weekdays
People can start the intake process without an appointment. Walk-in evaluations run Monday through Thursday from 3:00 to 4:30 pm and Friday from 11:00 am to 12:30 pm, giving Hudson County residents a direct path into whichever level of care fits their situation.
Center Overview
Supportive Medication for Recovery
Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT) is an evidence-based approach that pairs FDA-approved medications with counseling to treat addiction. The medications are used to reduce cravings, ease withdrawal symptoms, or block the effects of substances. More about MAT
Methadone
Naltrexone
Buprenorphine
Note: Treatment centers offer different forms of MAT—such as oral tablets, dissolvable films, or monthly injections—and their policies can vary based on state regulations, provider preferences, and insurance coverage. Because of these differences, it's best to contact the center directly to learn what options are available and what might be right for your situation.
