About Insight Services
Guiding individuals to understand specific challenges and build clear plans, Insight Services treats teens 13-18, adults, first responders, couples, and families in Colorado Springs. Care addresses trauma, post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), anxiety, depression, addiction, co-occurring concerns, domestic violence survivor needs, and DUI requirements through individual, group, couples, and family therapy.
Strengthen Recovery Through Therapy
Clinicians build treatment plans around symptoms, skill practice, education, family support, and community resources. Insight Services uses dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR), neurofeedback, trauma-focused cognitive behavioral therapies (TF-CBT), trauma-sensitive yoga, mindfulness, relapse prevention, and motivational interviewing (MI). For first responders, they address job-related exposure, emotional shutdown at work, family impact, and substance use concerns.
Connect Care with Resources
Insight Services offers Level II DUI Education and Therapy, Level II 4+ DUI Track F treatment, adolescent substance use care with random monitoring and weekly peer groups, and peer recovery coaching. Its Domestic Violence Survivor Program includes one-on-one therapy with safety planning, women-only survivor groups, and a Healthy Relationships Group for Women. Peer coaches help clients connect with recovery meetings, housing options, transportation, food, clothing, budgeting, time management, boundaries, and self-advocacy.
Hours are Monday through Thursday from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m., Friday from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m., and Saturday by appointment.
