About Incura
Blending medical care with addiction treatment, Incura supports people recovering from alcohol, opioids, benzodiazepines, methamphetamine, and other substances through medically assisted detox, partial hospitalization (PHP), and intensive outpatient (IOP) programs. During detox, participants receive intravenous nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide (NAD+) along with customized medications, vitamins, fluids, and nutrients. Physician and nurse supervision, physical exams, laboratory testing, and individualized detox protocols help address withdrawal symptoms and support recovery from a wide range of substances.
Building Skills Beyond Detox
After detox, participants continue care through PHP and IOP, where they build recovery skills with individual and group therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), motivational interviewing (MI), relapse prevention, and stress management. Christian counseling is also available to support physical, mental, and spiritual wellness. Participants also build practical sober living habits through hands-on financial training, job skills, fitness, nutrition, and early recovery groups. The center also offers yoga, meditation, family education that engages loved ones, medication management, addiction education, and individualized treatment planning support continued progress.
Balancing Treatment with Daily Life
Because participants return home each evening, they can apply newly learned recovery skills in daily life. Outpatient detox typically runs for 6 to 10 consecutive days from 8 a.m.to 5 p.m., whereas day treatment usually lasts 15–30 days and IOP extends 30–90 days on weekdays. Clients receive counseling, medical oversight, and ongoing recovery education while maintaining their everyday home routines. A regular and random urine screenings help the clinical team monitor progress as individuals navigate each stage of treatment.
