Offering programs that focus on mental health and recovery services, Brightwater Health’s Superior Campus offers children's case management, 24/7 crisis support, a community support program for adults, crisis support, and Project Reach Out to support runaway youth and their families.
Support for Youth
Their children's case management services are for individuals under 18 years old who have a form of Wisconsin Medicaid. Brightwater offers ongoing monitoring and care coordination and will help connect families to necessary community resources. They will provide advocacy and support as appropriate. Through their Project Reach Out program, Brightwater offers support and mediation for youth and their families. They host many activities and events for youth like art nights and movie nights.
Services for Adults
Brightwater offers interventions for adults including supportive therapy, medication management, psychoeducation, vocational support, symptom monitoring, and crisis assistance. They help adults find and maintain affordable housing, assist with accessing benefits, and will also help in developing independent living skills. They typically deliver these services in the home or community.
