Health Care Resource Centers (HCRC), formerly Community Substance Abuse Centers, specializes in treating substance use disorders and offers medication-assisted treatment (MAT) using methadone and buprenorphine to treat opioid addictions. They offer a welcoming and non-judgmental environment with tailored services for each individual's unique needs. HCRC Portland also offers:
- Individual, group, and family counseling

- Medical assessments and testing
- Coordinated pregnancy treatment
- Addiction and relapse prevention education
- Referrals to community resources
- Discharge planning and support
- Guest medication services
Their treatment center hours are Mon – Fri 5:30am – 1:30pm and their medication hours are Mon – Fri 5:30am – 12pm, Sat 7am – 10am.
