The Harris Center's Northeast Community Service Center, located just off the North Loop in Houston near Exit 23B, provides comprehensive mental health and substance use services for adults. They offer outpatient mental health care and substance use support combining cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) with a trauma-informed approach.
