Growth Works - Plymouth

Located on South Main Street in downtown Plymouth near Kellogg Park, Growth Works Plymouth provides nonprofit youth and family services for youth facing court involvement, at-risk behavior, family stress, and related substance use disorder (SUD) concerns. Services include the Western Wayne Care Management Organization, Youth Assistance Program diversion services, and Family Services. They offer outpatient, court-connected, and community-based care. Most care management organization services are available Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., with emergency phone access available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Practice Change After School

Through trauma-informed and strengths-based care, Growth Works in Plymouth helps youth address the root causes of behavior, not only the court issue that brought them there. Services include assessments, case management, individualized therapy, SUD screening, treatment access, family therapy, parent engagement, and community team involvement. The Youth Assistance Program also uses after-school groups for about 3-6 months, with individual therapy added when appropriate.

Additional services include parent-directed support, Clinical Intervention and Treatment (CITx), tutoring, mentorship, re-entry help, and community spot checks.
