Focusing on depression that continues despite antidepressants and talk therapy, Greenbrook Mental Wellness Center - Tesson Ferry is an outpatient center offering NeuroStar® TMS therapy and SPRAVATO® esketamine nasal spray treatment. They begin with a no-cost consultation and an evaluation that covers history and symptoms before creating an individualized treatment plan when treatment is appropriate. The center is in the Esse Health Building on Tesson Ferry Road, off Highway 270 and Highway 21, and is open Monday through Friday from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m.

Flexible Treatment for Depression

Through NeuroStar TMS, they use focused magnetic pulses in a non-invasive, non-drug approach to depression. Treatment plans typically include 30-36 sessions across 6-9 weeks, with treatment scheduled 5 days a week and sessions taking as little as 19 minutes. Normal activities can resume immediately afterward. They also provide SPRAVATO® for treatment-resistant depression and certain depressive symptoms associated with major depressive disorder. SPRAVATO® treatment includes at least 2 hours of supervision and typically progresses from 2 treatments a week for 4 weeks to weekly treatment and then every 1-2 weeks.
