Extending treatment options for depression after antidepressants and talk therapy, Greenbrook Mental Wellness Center - St Peters is an outpatient center providing NeuroStar® TMS therapy and SPRAVATO® esketamine nasal spray treatment. They begin with a no-cost consultation before a Greenbrook-affiliated licensed mental health provider evaluates history and symptoms and develops an individualized treatment plan when appropriate. The center is off Mexico Road across from the St. Peters Rec-Plex and is open Monday through Friday from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m.

Care That Fits Daily Life

NeuroStar TMS applies focused magnetic pulses as a non-invasive, non-drug treatment for depression. Greenbrook treatment plans typically include 30-36 sessions over 6-9 weeks, with sessions lasting as little as 19 minutes and normal activities possible immediately afterward. They also provide SPRAVATO® for treatment-resistant depression and certain depressive symptoms associated with major depressive disorder. Each SPRAVATO® treatment includes at least 2 hours of direct supervision and monitoring, with treatment typically moving from 2 times a week to weekly and then every 1-2 weeks.
