Supporting new treatment options when depression remains after antidepressants and talk therapy, Greenbrook Mental Wellness Center - Chesterfield is an outpatient center offering NeuroStar® TMS therapy and SPRAVATO® esketamine nasal spray treatment. A no-cost consultation introduces the treatment process before a Greenbrook-affiliated licensed mental health provider evaluates history and symptoms and develops an individualized plan when appropriate. The center is in the McBride Homes building at Olive and Swingley Ridge Road and is open Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m.

Structured Treatment Options

NeuroStar TMS delivers focused magnetic pulses through a non-invasive, non-drug approach to depression treatment. Typical Greenbrook plans include 30-36 sessions over 6-9 weeks, with treatment scheduled 5 days a week and each session lasting as little as 19 minutes. They also provide SPRAVATO® for treatment-resistant depression and certain depressive symptoms associated with major depressive disorder. SPRAVATO® is administered under direct supervision with at least 2 hours of monitoring, beginning 2 times a week for 4 weeks before treatment frequency gradually decreases.
