Grounded in service, community, and individualized care, Gosnold Behavioral Health – Plymouth provides day treatment (PHP), intensive outpatient (IOP) and outpatient program for mental health and co-occurring substance use disorder (SUD). Care addresses anxiety, depression, attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), addiction, and co-occurring conditions through group treatment, psychiatry, medication management, and case management.
