Since 1973, the Finger Lakes Area Counseling and Recovery Agency (FLACRA) Outpatient Clinic has supported young adults and families facing substance use and mental health challenges. Availability On Weekdays And Sliding Fee Support

The Watkins Glen outpatient clinic is open Monday through Thursday from 9am-7pm, and Friday from 9am-5pm, offering flexible scheduling for busy families and working adults. No one is turned away because of inability to pay. A sliding fee scale is available and adjusted based on household size and income, making sure care remains accessible to the community.
