Crossroads Family Center, located in El Cajon, serves children and youth aged 5 to 18 (and up to 21 if clinically indicated) who are identified as having Serious Emotional Disturbance (SED). The center offers a comprehensive range of services, including behavioral health and psychiatric evaluations, medication management, individual, family, and group counseling, case management, parenting support, substance use prevention and treatment, and crisis intervention.

Services are offered in various settings—community, home, school, and clinic—to ensure accessibility and convenience for families. The clinic is conveniently located near I-8 and accessible by bus (lines 833, 848, 874, 891, and 892), light rail (Copper Line at Arnele Avenue Station), and car, with on-site parking available. To further enhance access, Crossroads Family Center extends its services to rural communities in eastern San Diego County through in-home visits.
