Concierge Medicine and Psychiatry

Located northeast of Aston Park, Concierge Medicine and Psychiatry is a private-pay outpatient practice at 39 Grove Street. They serve adults, teens, and children through in-person visits, telehealth, and selected house calls. Clinicians treat depression, anxiety, post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), panic symptoms, sleep concerns, suicidality, trauma-related symptoms, co-occurring addiction, and chronic pain. Services also include precision primary care, urgent medical care, child and adolescent psychiatry, and palliative mental health care.

Psychiatry, Therapy, and Ketamine Care

Clinicians provide psychiatric evaluations, medication management, psychotherapy, and combined medication-and-therapy visits. Therapy includes cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), internal family systems (IFS), psychodynamic therapy, play therapy, somatic approaches, cognitive processing therapy, prolonged exposure, mindfulness, and EMDR-related trauma work. The ketamine clinic may use IV, IM, oral, or nasal ketamine when appropriate. Ketamine-assisted psychotherapy can include medical screening, preparation, physician-monitored dosing, and integration. The clinic schedules one ketamine patient at a time in a private treatment room.

Access, Palliative Care, and Payment

They offer telehealth and selected house calls, including in-home ketamine-assisted psychotherapy for eligible patients with serious, chronic, or terminal illnesses. Prices include $450 for a 90-minute psychiatric intake, $150 for a 30-minute medication follow-up, $300 for a 60-minute medication-and-therapy visit, and $585 for later ketamine dosing visits. Ketamine services generally range from $585-$900. They do not bill insurance directly but may provide documentation for possible out-of-network reimbursement.
