Comprehensive MedPsych Systems - Mobile

Founded in 1998, Comprehensive MedPsych Systems has expanded into two locations in Alabama, with its Mobile location providing outpatient therapy, psychiatry, medication management for children ages 6 and older, group therapy, and telehealth. The practice treats children, teens, adults, and seniors with anxiety, depression, ADHD, bipolar disorder, trauma, autism, chronic pain, substance use, and other mental health concerns, while also offering LGBT and gender identity support through personalized care.

Care Built Around Collaboration

Comprehensive MedPsych Systems uses a team approach that brings psychiatrists, psychologists, therapists, and social workers together to provide collaborative care. Treatment may include medication management, individual, family, couples, or group therapy, along with eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR) to help patients manage stress, navigate relationships, and respond to difficult situations more effectively.

Patients can receive care through in-person appointments or telehealth, making treatment more accessible while maintaining continuity of care. By combining therapy, psychiatry, medication management, and group therapy, the practice supports children, teens, adults, and seniors with personalized outpatient mental health services. The Huntsville location is currently accepting telehealth appointments only.
