In Raymore, Missouri, Compass Health Network runs a Behavioral Health Crisis Center open 24 hours a day, every day of the year. Adults 18 and older walk in voluntarily during a mental health or substance use crisis and receive immediate evaluation and intervention at no cost.

Stabilize, Then Stay Connected

Staff assess risk, build a safety plan with anyone at risk of harming themselves or others, and connect people to a psychiatric provider and psychiatric medications. Showers and laundry cover basic needs during a stay. Everyone who comes through receives follow-up case management so stabilization continues after they leave the center.

Every Referral Route Is Welcome

Walk-ins, law enforcement, EMS, and hospitals can all bring someone to the door, and the list is not limited to those 4. A Wellbeing Center shares the Remington Plaza address during daytime hours, offering group skill-building, healthy coping strategies, and a path back toward friendships, family, work, education, and wellness.
