About Community Renewal Team Behavioral Health Services
Built to support people navigating mental health challenges, substance use, housing instability, or the transition back into their communities, Community Renewal Team (CRT) Behavioral Health Services provides a connected network of care that helps individuals build stability, strengthen recovery, and move forward with confidence. Through counseling, psychiatric services, medication management, medication-assisted treatment (MAT), intensive outpatient programs (IOP), partial hospitalization programs (PHP), support groups, and case management, clients can access care that reflects both their clinical needs and the realities of daily life. With most individuals seen within one week of referral, CRT helps reduce delays and provide the support needed.
Recovery Support Through Community Connections
Recognizing that recovery is often shaped by more than treatment alone, CRT centers on providing a wide-range of services. Alongside behavioral health and substance use services, clients can access programs that address challenges affecting long-term wellness, stability, and community reintegration. Depending in their needs, individuals may benefit from family education, support, opioid-focused recovery resources, re-entry recovery services, homeless outreach programs, and specialized support through the Women’s Empowerment Center. Through CRT’s broader network, some clients may also connect with family-strengthening initiatives and community services that support healthy relationships, housing stability, and overall well-being.
Treatment Approach for Everyday Life
At CRT, recovery is supported through both clinical care and practical guidance. Clients can meet with counselors, participate in group sessions, receive medication management or MAT services, and develop individualized recovery plans with support from case managers. For some, recovery also includes reconnecting with family, navigating a return to the community, accessing outreach services, or building a stronger support system through specialized programs. By combining outpatient treatment with recovery-focused community support, CRT helps individuals address immediate needs while building the stability and resources needed to maintain progress in everyday life.

Supportive Medication for Recovery
Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT) is an evidence-based approach that pairs FDA-approved medications with counseling to treat addiction. The medications are used to reduce cravings, ease withdrawal symptoms, or block the effects of substances. More about MAT
Methadone
Naltrexone
Buprenorphine
Note: Treatment centers offer different forms of MAT—such as oral tablets, dissolvable films, or monthly injections—and their policies can vary based on state regulations, provider preferences, and insurance coverage. Because of these differences, it's best to contact the center directly to learn what options are available and what might be right for your situation.
