Located in Indianapolis, CleanSlate Centers is an outpatient facility dedicated to providing behavioral healthcare and specialized addiction treatment. The care team collaborates with clients to create personalized recovery plans, offering medication-assisted treatment (MAT) for adults facing challenges with alcohol and opioid addiction. This approach helps reduce cravings and manage withdrawal symptoms while ensuring comprehensive support for co-occurring mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, and trauma through their outpatient program.

Medication-Assisted Treatment

At CleanSlate, their team of licensed clinicians specializes in treating patients with physical dependencies on alcohol or opioids through Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT). This evidence-based method employs FDA-approved medications such as Suboxone and Vivitrol to ease withdrawal symptoms. To ensure optimal results, medication-assisted treatment (MAT) is usually combined with counseling and mental health services. Furthermore, CleanSlate provides a program for expectant mothers, featuring medical oversight to protect the well-being of both the mother and her baby.

Well-Rounded Approach

CleanSlate offers a well-rounded approach to care, creating customized treatment plans designed to address each person's specific needs. Their services include MAT, individual and group therapy, family therapy, and aftercare support from certified recovery coaches along with coordinated continuing care. Clients can receive assistance with housing, transportation, and employment upon discharge. CleanSlate is CARF-accredited and accepts Medicaid, Medicare, and most commercial insurance plans. The East Washington location is open Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday from 9 AM to 5 PM, Wednesday from 9 AM to 8 PM, and Friday from 9 AM to 2 PM. Unlike many of CleanSlate’s other facilities, this location offers new patient walk-in hours from 9:30 to 11:30 AM and 1:30 to 3:30 PM on Monday through Thursday, and 9:30 AM to 12:30 PM on Friday. The facility is within walking distance of multiple bus stops, making it easily accessible.
