With a vision to become a trusted leader in mental health care throughout Wisconsin, Cedar Point Mental Health Treatment provides outpatient care through day treatment (PHP), intensive outpatient program (IOP), and outpatient program (OP). The center treats anxiety disorders, depression, trauma, post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), social anxiety, bipolar disorder, mood disorders, borderline personality disorder, schizophrenia, schizoaffective disorder, other personality disorders, and co-occurring mental health conditions.
Evidence-Based Treatment Approaches
Cedar Point uses cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), trauma-informed therapy, mindfulness, stress management, psychoeducation, skill-building, and relapse prevention. The team provides psychiatric care, medication management, individual therapy, group therapy, family therapy, and counseling. The center also provides psychiatric evaluations and coordinates residential or inpatient placement when a higher level of care is needed.
