Flexible Outpatient Sessions

Care begins with a health assessment to build a personalized care plan along with a team of doctors, therapists, and peers. Daily life features a mix of individual counseling and group therapy. Clients attend outpatient group sessions twice a day, offering flexible in-person or telehealth options. Sessions cover trauma recovery, relapse prevention, and mindfulness to help clients build coping skills. The clinic also offers psychiatric care and medication-assisted treatment (MAT) for added support.

FCasa Esperanza also operates a bilingual urgent care offering same-day appointments for immediate needs like substance use medications. Beyond clinical care, their Mi Camino peer program helps clients find jobs, build practical life skills, and attend sober events. Mobile care coordinators also help arrange transportation, secure housing, and manage benefits to help clients build lasting independence.
