Guiding adults, couples, and families through drug and alcohol recovery, Break the Cycle pairs outpatient care with court-approved online moral reconation therapy (MRT). At the Daytona Beach office, clients can access intensive outpatient treatment, group sessions, evaluations, and random urinalysis. IOP groups meet Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday, while OP groups meet Thursday and Saturday, giving clients structured care in a clear weekly schedule.

Evidence-Based Care with 12-Step Support

Break the Cycle uses evidence-based therapies like cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and motivational interviewing to help clients build coping skills, self-awareness, and healthier habits. Care begins with an evaluation and a personalized plan, followed by services like individual counseling, group therapy, couples and family counseling, and EMDR therapy for trauma support in a secure, non-judgmental setting. Clients are also encouraged to join 12-Step programs during treatment to strengthen routines.

Flexible Virtual Care Options

Break The Cycle features a virtual outpatient program, OPConnect, which offers weekly online groups for 12 weeks. Other services include a 6-hour anger management course and a Batterer’s Intervention Program. Additionally, they offer Vivitrol® to prevent alcohol dependence and opioid relapse after detox. These services give clients and families options for care that fits different needs, schedules, and recovery goals.
