MeRT uses quantitative electroencephalogram (qEEG) brain mapping and electrocardiogram (EKG) testing to guide magnetic stimulation based on each client's brain activity rather than using the same protocol for everyone.

Target Brain Activity and Physical Pain

Clients start MeRT with an evaluation, qEEG brain mapping, EKG testing, and a review of their symptoms before treatment begins. Sessions typically last about 30–35 minutes, with repeat testing used to track changes and adjust the protocol during care. The center also provides magnetic peripheral nerve stimulation (mPNS), a separate treatment that targets peripheral nerves for acute, chronic, post-traumatic, and post-surgical pain. Together, these services give clients distinct noninvasive options for brain-based concerns and physical pain.
