Behavioral Framework - Clemmons

With a mission to lower barriers and increase access to high-quality care for youth diagnosed with autism and their families, Behavioral Framework - Clemmons provides assessments and Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy. The clinic sits along the main commercial corridor of Clemmons Road (US-158), just 1.5 miles south of Interstate 40. They serve children up to age 12. In-home services and diagnostic services are for ages 15 and under.

Unlocking Answers with Pathways

Diagnostic testing is conducted through the Pathways program to evaluate autism spectrum disorder (ASD), attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), and related developmental concerns. These assessments cover cognitive, adaptive, social-emotional, academic, and executive functioning, alongside communication and behavioral dynamics. Upon completion, families receive an evaluation report containing specific recommendations for ongoing care.

ABA Skills for the Real World

The clinic's ABA therapy targets functional areas including communication, social interaction, behavior management, and daily living skills. In-home sessions involve family members directly, while clinic-based care pairs one-on-one therapy with group activities and school-readiness exercises. Treatment programs typically run 10 to 40 hours per week across 4 to 5 days, with specialized interventions available for feeding, toilet training, and coordination with external speech and occupational therapists.
