We are a preferred provider with a majority of private insurances either through employers or self-funded. Our contractual relationship with in-network providers allows us to collect any unmet in-network deductible, copayment or out-of-pocket maximum for days covered by insurance. We can work with any other insurance plan that offers “out-of-network” coverage on a case by case basis.

*CLOSED* Located in vibrant Sacramento, Azure Acres Recovery Center offers an intensive outpatient program (IOP) for adult men and women struggling with drug and alcohol addiction. Azure’s IOP applies evidence-based therapeutic treatment methods in individual, group, and family therapy sessions. Rooted in the 12-Step philosophy of Alcoholics Anonymous and Narcotics Anonymous, Azure’s IOP typically takes 6 to 8 weeks to complete. Upon completion of IOP, patients can participate in ongoing weekly aftercare treatment at Azure – for a lifetime, if they so choose!
