Aspire Recovery Center

Located near Koger Center Boulevard’s retail area, Aspire Recovery Center is a CARF-accredited outpatient provider specializing in day treatment (PHP) for substance use disorder and co-occurring mental health conditions. Programs typically run about five hours per day without staying overnight at the facility. Staff are available to assist with insurance setup, client paperwork, and transportation coordination, helping streamline the intake process.

Treatment plans are tailored to each individual, while the daily schedule remains consistent to help build routine. Each day includes group sessions and structured therapies such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and motivational interviewing (MI), focused on managing cravings, regulating emotions, and handling everyday stress. Clients may also join 12-Step or SMART Recovery groups as needed. Some sessions include activities like art, music, or movement to support engagement and variety.
