About Acclaim Autism - Lancaster Central
Helping children with autism build communication, social, and daily living skills, Acclaim Autism - Lancaster Central is a clinic-based autism program offering applied behavior analysis (ABA) for toddlers through adolescents. They also offer early intervention through the Acclaimate Program, social skills groups, and Summer & Holiday Programs that continue skill-building when school is out. The center is located in downtown Lancaster, with access to nearby schools, libraries, parks, and public transit.
They are open Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m., offering consistent weekday access to care.
Building Skills Through Therapy
Their evidence-based ABA approach uses individualized, data-driven treatment plans that are reviewed and adjusted as progress develops. They combine 1-on-1 teaching with small-group practice to strengthen communication, social play, school readiness, friendship skills, turn-taking, and emotional regulation. Parent involvement is encouraged, and they can coordinate care with teachers, school districts, speech therapists, occupational therapists, and doctors when families give consent.
Early Learning and Social Growth
The Acclaimate Program gives toddlers and young children structured early learning focused on communication, social play, and pre-academic readiness. Social skills groups add guided peer practice, while school-break programs help maintain learned skills outside the regular school calendar. Their sensory-aware spaces support focused learning, and ongoing supervision helps keep treatment tied to individual goals and measurable progress.
