A/D Psychotherapy offers flexible outpatient services designed to meet clients at different stages of recovery. Their programs include partial hospitalization (PHP), intensive outpatient programs (IOP), medication-assisted treatment (MAT), recovery yoga and ongoing aftercare. Treatment includes individual and group therapy, psychiatric medication management, psychoeducation, and case management, and family therapy, that gives clients and their loved ones the opportunity to strengthen communication and go through recovery together. Recovery yoga and Qigong are provided on a weekly basis that encourages mindfulness and movement, and helps clients manage stress, improve emotional regulation, and reconnect with both mind and body.
Recovery That Grows Beyond Treatment
For A/D Psychotherapy, recovery is about building a life that feels healthy, balanced and sustainable. They help clients develop practical coping skills, healthy routines, and stronger support systems they can rely on long after treatment ends. Family Night activities reinforces substance use education and supportive home environments, while aftercare provides continued access to therapy, recovery groups, and resources. Clients also get access and connected to recovery communities such as Alcoholics Anonymous, Narcotics Anonymous, Smart Recovery, and Recovery Dharma, along with long-term aftercare that includes continued therapy, support groups, relapse prevention, and recovery resources. By encouraging ongoing self-care, meaningful connections, and continued personal growth, A/D Psychotherapy helps clients build a balanced life that support recovery that is sustainable and long-term.

Note: Treatment centers offer different forms of MAT—such as oral tablets, dissolvable films, or monthly injections—and their policies can vary based on state regulations, provider preferences, and insurance coverage. Because of these differences, it's best to contact the center directly to learn what options are available and what might be right for your situation.
