Treatment Methods

Teens in crisis receive medication management from psychiatrists and psychiatric nurse practitioners. Psychological assessments help tailor individualized treatment plans. OASIS Ascent administers psychological assessments to help better understand clients' mental health needs. Clients engage in individual therapy implementing cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT), and eye movement desensitization and reconditioning (EMDR). Staff lead group therapy to build a supportive community and equip clients with life skills.
