They provide a supportive environment for client’s recovery and equip them with tools for long-term success. Next Chapter Recovery House uses an array of therapies like cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), group therapy, internal family systems therapy, brainspotting, yoga, and 12-Step facilitation. They also incorporate adventure and physical fitness in their program, giving clients the opportunity to hike, bike, zipline, and explore the local area. These activities are designed to help reduce stress and foster discipline and self-esteem. Their upscale facility can house 5 clients.
