Definitive Healthcare’s Jason Krantz Joins Recovery.com’s Ownership Group Following Significant Investment

Madison, WI – Recovery.com, a leading digital platform that helps patients connect with mental healthcare providers announced today that Jason Krantz, founder and Executive Chairman of Definitive Healthcare has made a significant purchase of Recovery.com stock, giving him an approximately 7% stake in the company.

Joe Mirisola, Definitive Healthcare’s first employee and former Chief Revenue Officer, has also joined the Recovery.com ownership group and will join the Recovery.com Board as an Observer.
