New View Wellness

New View Wellness, located in Atlanta, Georgia, provides mental health care serving adults and adolescents ages 12-17. They provide outpatient care through partial hospitalization (PHP), intensive outpatient (IOP), and virtual IOP programs. New View Wellness begins with a comprehensive assessment to create a personalized treatment plan for each individual. Treatment methods include individual counseling and psychotherapy, family therapy, psychiatry and medication management, acceptance commitment therapy (ACT) dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT), and more.

Teen Programming

New View Wellness recognizes the unique struggles teenagers face in the modern world and offers specialized outpatient programming for teens.Their teen partial hospitalization program (PHP) provides treatment several days per week, typically on a half-day basis, using evidence-based treatment used in residential programs. Their teen intensive outpatient program holds group and 1-on-1 sessions Monday through Friday from 4:00-7:00 PM, allowing teens to attend school while receiving care. They also offer family counseling to help family members support their teen in treatment.

Virtual Treatment Option

New View Wellness offers a virtual intensive outpatient program (IOP) for those unable to commute to treatment, making treatment accessible to anyone with an internet connection and a compatible device.

Addiction and Mental Health Treatment

New View Wellness focuses on dual diagnosis treatment, addressing both addiction and mental health concerns together. They assess each individuals’ history of addiction and mental illness to establish tailored treatment goals. Consultations for prescription medications are offered to ease withdrawal symptoms, while a combination of therapies is used to treat both conditions. The program also educates clients on the root causes of mental health disorders and how addiction impacts their mental health diagnosis.
