About Never Alone Recovery Support Services
Never Alone Recovery Support Services (NARSS), located on the Flathead Indian Reservation in Montana, is a peer-driven nonprofit organization dedicated to providing long-term recovery support for individuals struggling with addiction and homelessness. Their services include community peer support drop-in centers, long-term recovery residences for adults and families, and collaboration with other organizations to establish recovery-oriented systems of care.
What sets NARSS apart is its grassroots, community-based approach, with all staff members being individuals in recovery themselves. This lived experience enables them to offer empathetic and effective peer support, fostering a supportive environment for those seeking recovery. Additionally, NARSS operates Montana's first Recovery Village, comprising 28 apartment units functioning as a peer-led therapeutic community for individuals and families seeking recovery.
