About Mission Prep
A residential mental health program for adolescents, Mission Prep takes a holistic and evidence-based approach to treating the various challenges faced by adolescents. They believe in treating the entire family system and help equip both families and their teenagers to face the challenges of life with new, healthy coping skills. They provide both residential and outpatient care, using therapies like cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), internal family systems therapy, somatic experiencing, yoga, and life skills training. In addition to mental health challenges, Mission Prep treats adolescents experiencing technology dependence and academic and social challenges. Their residential facility provides a safe and comfortable environment, with shared rooms, modern amenities, an onsite pool, gourmet chef, and personal trainer. Mission Prep works with most major insurance providers.
