Mind Dojo in Pittsburgh helps teens and adults facing anxiety, depression, trauma, post traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), ADHD, substance use, self‑harm, gaming addiction, grief, anger, and dual diagnoses. They offer outpatient therapy, medication-assisted treatment (MAT), and a unique three‑day‑a‑week intensive outpatient program (IOP). Their welcoming, spa‑like setting and free phone consults help clients feel safe and supported from day one.
