Midwest Detox Center is located in a rural area in Maumee, Ohio. They are the first step clients take when on the road to recovery, and they have medically assisted detox. Midwest Detox prides themselves on being warm and welcoming. They have an evidence-based treatment program that uses cognitive behavior therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT). Midwest Detox has group therapy and individual therapy sessions that are built into the client's plan. Other services offered include expressive therapy, trauma-focused therapy, and motivational interviewing, and they include an extensive aftercare plan. Midwest Detox is accredited by CARF and accepts most major insurances.
Midwest Detox has semi private and private bedrooms for clients during their stay. They have chef-prepared meals that are nutritionally balanced and can accommodate allergies. On-site, Midwest Detox has an exercise room and a recreation room to help pass the time during a client's stay.
