Menninger Solutions Outpatient Services in Dallas offers an intensive outpatient program (IOP) for individuals with substance use disorders and co-occurring mental health conditions. The IOP, held from 6–9 PM on Tuesday through Thursday, typically lasts 8–12 weeks and serves as an alternative to residential care or a step-down option. Conveniently located near the Dallas North Tollway and Lemmon Ave, the center provides on-site parking and is accessible via bus line 207.
Treatment Methods
The program uses evidence-based therapies, including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), motivational interviewing (MI), and relapse prevention groups. Clients participate in individual, group, and family therapy, with psychoeducation offered to support lasting recovery.
Adolescent Programs
Menninger also offers day treatment and IOP for adolescents with substance use and co-occurring mental health conditions.
